Assisting You in the Design and Construction of your Next Project

Expert Management, Quality Results

Focusing on your new facility

From Todd

With over 35 years as an architect/principal, I have come to understand there are two types of owners when making facility improvements. The first is the institution that can afford facility staff because they are in a constant state of growth and renovation, such as hospitals and universities. The second is the owner that rarely expands or renovates and does not have the staff to facilitate the process - private schools and non-profit organizations are examples of this type of owner.

I want to assist owners whose primary focus is running their organization and need additional temporary staff to facilitate the design and construction of a project.  As an adjunct to your staff, I can support as much or as little as needed.

I am at a point in my career where I want to take my years of project experience and shift my focus to assist you, the owner.
